Dispensing Valves

Progressive Cavity Pump Valves (One-Component)

The progressive cavity pump is a high-precision volumetric metering system that operates continuously and pulsation-free. The rotational motion of the eccentric screw ensures highly precise, constant metering, particularly in the case of small output rates from 0.1 ml/min. The special rotational combination prevents excessive wear when processing abrasive materials. Progressive Cavity Valve offers true volumetric dispensing in order to achieve exceptional levels of repeatability.

Features

  • ※ Improved productivity–continuous needle dispensing of one-component fluids.
  • ※ High volumetric accuracy – capable of delivering < ±1% per revolution.
  • ※ Dispense volume is not affected by changes in fluid viscosity or feed pressure.
  • ※ True positive displacement provides a fixed volume per rotation regardless of ambient temperature
        conditions or fluid pressure variations.

Progressive Cavity Pump Valves (Two-Component)

The progressive cavity pump valve offers true volumetric meter mix dispensing of two component fluids. Two-component materials are becoming more desirable today because they offer a lower cost of ownership and greater process flexibility. Controlling metering and mix ratios is critical to any two-component dispensing application. Progressive Cavity Valve offers true volumetric dispensing in order to achieve exceptional levels of repeatability.

Features

  • ※ Improved productivity–continuous needle dispensing of two-component fluids.
  • ※ Supports a variety of two-component mix ratios
  • ※ High volumetric accuracy – capable of delivering < ±1% per revolution.
  • ※ Dispense volume is not affected by changes in fluid viscosity or feed pressure.
  • ※ True positive displacement provides a fixed volume per rotation regardless of ambient temperature
        conditions or fluid pressure variations.

Diaphragm Valves

Diaphragm Valves are designed to dispense low to medium viscosity materials with precision accuracy over a wide range of shot and bead sized down to a fraction of a micro liter. The diaphragm dispensing valve is capable of processing reactive, abrasive or chemically aggressive material. The advantage of diaphragm dispensing valve is their ability to process material with challenging properties in continuous shot applications. The diaphragm separates the wetted parts from the moving parts, thus making the valve ideal for dispensing cyanoacrylates, reagents, paints, UV adhesives, and other volatile substances.

Features

  • ※ High chemical resistance.
  • ※ Adjustable fluid flow, Adjustable reversible control.
  • ※ Seamless design – excellent moisture sensitive resistance.
  • ※ Stainless steel construction for corrosive fluids, low maintenance.

Needle Valves

The dispenser valves, Needle Valves can dispense low viscosity materials with viscosity as low as water to high viscosity materials in accurate and repeatable amounts due to a minimal dead fluid zone between shots. Based on the time-pressure dispensing principle, the needle dispensing valves are most effective in continuous applications of low to high viscosity media. Consisting of two structurally separate parts, they have the advantage that material cannot leak into the drive cylinder and interfere with the valve needle movement. The needle valves can also be used especially for materials in which fillers have been mixed such as one-component epoxy, paints, and silicone etc.

Features

  • ※ Fast response.
  • ※ Adjustable fluid control.
  • ※ Low maintenance design.
  • ※ Sealing available in various sizes and material finishes.
  • ※ Ideal for low-viscosity fluids used for gasketing or very thin lines.
  • ※ Needle shutoff provides an even bead at the end of a dispensed line.

Spray Valves

The Spray Valves are designed for precise spray applications of low viscosity materials. The flow rate is controlled by turning the stroke adjust at the top of the valve in order to set the spray volume. Coating area and flow rate are controlled by the fluid pressure, needle stroke, distance from the valve to the component, and the duration the valve is open. The Spray Valves are suitable for spraying large surface areas. Other spray valves are also available depending on the detailed spraying of mist, spraying volume, surface area of the objects and spraying thickness etc. Designed specifically for spraying flux, urethane, paint, lubricants. Custom formulation, labeling and documentation, packaging and electronic molding services also offered.

Features

  • ※ No overspray.
  • ※ Stroke-adjust control.
  • ※ Tunable spray pattern.
  • ※ Adjustable flow control.
  • ※ Consistent spray coverage.
  • ※ Adjustable coating and flow rate.

Pneumatic Jet Valves

The Pneumatic Jet Valves are non-contact dispense valve capable of jetting fluid viscosities to 400,000 Cps. The Jet Valves offers a fast jetting action producing hundreds of precise droplets in less than one second. The Jet Valves are dispensing technology where no Z axis movement is required. Instead, your fluid “flies” or jets out of the valve, which is above the part. This makes jetting perfect for fragile or complex parts with varying heights. The Jet Valves are used in non-contact applications of grease and oil where stringing must be avoided. The compact design of the valve enables an effortless and effective greasing of narrow and hard-to-reach spaces.

Features

  • ※ Up to 300 drops/ sec.
  • ※ Drops as small as 10nl.
  • ※ Quick and simple maintenance.
  • ※ Viscosities up to 400K cps.
  • ※ Integral heater with minimal fluid heated.
  • ※ Tungsten carbide internal components for long life.

Piezoelectric Jet Valves

The Piezoelectric Valve are non-contact jet dispensing valve. The advanced piezoelectric ceramic actuation technology achieves exceptional levels of dispense accuracy and superior process control. The inclusion of an integrated closed loop heater element inside the valve allows the fluid viscosity to be stabilized, to assist in optimizing jet ability and dispense process control. Using sophisticated controllers, shot sizes can be achieved as small as 0.5 nl, with outstanding consistency and repeatability. Another significant advantage of piezo jet technology is its ability to deliver up to 1,200 Hz speed, even to those operations involved with the production of substrates with irregular heights or those where hard-to-access "nooks and crannies" must be reached.

Features

  • ※ Exceptional dispense accuracy.
  • ※ Fast cycle times and long service life.
  • ※ Continuous cycle rates up to 1,200 Hz.
  • ※ Durable ceramic cartridge ball and valve seat.
  • ※ Fixed valve stroke ensures superior process control.
  • ※ Closed loop fluid heater for stabilizing fluid viscosity.
